Client Support Operations Lead

What does a successful Client Support Operations Lead do at Fiserv?

You will provide leadership to a team of professionals that support Fiserv clients serviced at a Fiserv data center. You will be the main point of contact for Fiserv client support and internal product stakeholders.

In this role you will be interacting with customers, architects, Fiserv management and development team members to ensure Fiserv established standards are adhered to and the product services are delivered successfully for our clients.

What you will do :

• Coordinate the installation of new data center clients into test and production
• Coordinate the implementation of upgrades / enhancements for Fiserv products running in the data center
• Interact with third-party vendors to ensure uninterrupted service for clients during daily operations and the implementation of upgrades / enhancements that impact system integrations
• Establish data center policies and ensure adherence to corporate IT and compliance standards
• Work as the primary contact with the Fiserv client support team and internal product development to successfully deliver services for data center clients in a production environment
• Maintain best practices change control procedures to ensure preauthorization and accurate record keeping for all application level changes

What you will need to have :

• 8 years of business experience within banking or credit union environments
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including application architecture, integration architecture, security, and data architecture
• Experience with PostGres, REST, SOAP, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology field, or equivalent combination of education, military, and / or work experience

What would be great to have :

• Familiarity with the Fiserv Signature International core banking system and related Fiserv products
• Written and verbal communications proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure, TFS, SQL, or GitHub
